Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer you a full refund (except in certain cases listed below), or exchange if the goods are returned to SLON Consulting Inc. (see address below) within 30 days of your purchase (all returned goods must have their original packaging and tags still intact). The total amount of the purchase will be refunded, except for the shipping fees, for which you will be responsible if you decide to send the order back to us. If we shipped you the wrong item or if the item is found to be defective, we will gladly incur related shipping charges, including the cost for return shipping and shipping the correct item to you (this does not apply to items that do not fit, or are not to your personal liking). When returning items to our eshop, a copy of your electronic invoice is required. If the item is returned without its original packaging or in a different condition than when we shipped it, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct an amount from the total cost of the item.

1. Sending your Return
For the return address, you can use your own label or the one supplied to you by the shipping company you will choose to return the package and indicate the adress bellow:

Please remember to include the copy of the receipt or inovice in your box! You are free to choose the type of service for the return, however we do suggest you send it back via standard post including signature. It is also recommended to take a tracking number insurance for the value of the item. That way, if your package is lost or damaged, you can claim compensation. International returns may be subject to duties and taxes. If you do not follow our return steps properly, we will charge back these fees to you. You are responsible for returned goods until which point they arrive at our location.
2. Follow-up
You will be kept up to date on the arrival and status of your return via e-mail. If required you will receive an updated invoice (Exchanges, refunds, or repair costs). Your return will generally be processed within 2-3 business days after their reception. Please note that a greater delay in processing your return may occur during the Christmas and Boxing Day rush. We thank you for your patience during these times. Please also verify that your item has been received by us before contacting us regarding the status of your return. Please note that in some cases our e-mails may end up in the spam folder of your inbox. We recommend that you take a look inside when checking your email.
